The two girl’s faces went pale at the prospect of Elizabeth taking them to an abortion clinic. Neither of them felt it was Elizabeth’s choice to make.
“Mom,” Jenny demanded, “are you trying to take us to the abortion clinic without telling Steven and dad? Don’t you know that they will be mad at you when they get home?”
“Even if Steven and your dad come back today and kill me,” Elizabeth replied, “It would be worth it to have destroyed the abominations that are growing inside you girls!”
“What about Nancy?” Jenny wondered. “Will she go along with your mad murder scheme?”
