South Korea has, for those who don’t know, conscription legislation. That means every citizen goes through basic military training and, with the rise of supra-mutations, they only increased the requisites involved in those laws. They tightened the age gap, for one, to force earlier conscription. Many other South Korean supra-mutants became a part of the military, as it would happen with most countries, and I can only imagine how anxious they were for the Speed Ninja to do his eighteen months.
