The first psychological consultation Michael went to, he had been pretty nervous, but after that, it became as repetitive as a class.
“So, how does using your ability make you feel?” the same question was asked, and Michael delivered the same answer.
“Really good, I love running,” Michael said, in a near practiced way.
“That is very healthy,” the friendly psychologist pointed out. “Do you feel perhaps that it is unfair for us, or me specifically, to have the power to limit your life with our analysis?”
Michael took a breath, mentally prepared to give his answer in as natural a way as possible.
“Not really. Taking into consideration the mysterious and effective nature of my power, I believe it makes sense to police our development as a way to preemptively act towards a possible criminal nature. ……
