“First off. Starting next year, there will no longer exist such a drastic difference between this institution and most others in the country. I am happy to announce that many high schools will be adopting our curriculum.”
“Whoah,” Felix reacted, voicing the thoughts of everyone around him.
“This will be a much lengthier transition than you personally experienced, but it is official. And that is all because of you. The few seniors that graduated with us last year have largely gotten positive impressions from their chosen colleges and employers. All of you, too, have done well on the national curriculum assessment.”
“That’s right. Walter should be graduating, right?” Felix suddenly asked in a curious whisper.
Michael felt a massive pang of guilt. “Crap, you’re right. We totally forgot.”
