Elena was curious. Zack had always been sarcastic, and rarely showed such obvious disgust for anyone. But she did not ask him although she was curious.
Zack took them to his grandfather’s room. Grandpa Anderson was sitting in his wheelchair. Despite his gray hair, he looked hale and hearty. There was smart light in his eyes
“Grandpa.” Zack came to him. “Charles is here.”
“Ha ha ha, Charles, I said you should be here at this point.” Grandpa Anderson smiled and nodded to Charles, his face full of kindness. But as he glanced over Elena next to him, he was caught off guard. “Who is she?”
“This is my future girlfriend!” Zack said, half-jokingly, “Well, grandpa, is Elena all right?”
Charles c****d an eyebrow slightly and Elena was a little embarrassed.
