When they heard Elena was really Ronald’s sister, everyone suddenly went quiet and said one by one, "Sorry, Elena, we are used to joking with Ronald."
"It doesn't matter." Elena nodded and didn't mind.
Ronald led her to sit on the sofa seat, and Elena noticed that the woman who was hostile to her got up and sat on the other side of Ronald.
Elena looked up and glanced at her. The woman was in a bad mood and she stopped gossiping.
"Ronald, is this really your sister?" asked the woman.
Ronald asked with a smile, “Why? Do we not look alike?”
"You really don't." The woman chuckled.
"What do you think, Elena?" Ronald's eyes glimmered.
Elena said faintly, “Dad and Mom said they gave me the good genes, and they gave you the bad ones.”
Ronald was pondering. If Elena really knew somethi……
