Hearing Tom mention James’ name, Bella felt sad. She closed the door andwaved her hand. “I am done with James.”
Tom was excited by Bella’s answer. However, he continued like it wasnothing and asked casually, “What happened? Did you argue with each other?”
Bella recalled again what had happened today. She wanted to tell Tomeverything but she knew that wouldn’t be wise. Tom would likely get angry andgo to ask Lily to apologise. Judging by James’ attitude, Tom was not loved inthe Parker family. If he did go to see Lily, he would be in real trouble.
So, Bella shook her head and said, “I just think he is arrogant andannoying. I don’t want to see him anymore.”
