“James!” Bella stared at him, shocked at his forwardness.
James became clear-headed again after Bella shouted his name. Damn it! Why did he always lose control around her?
Bella’s face turned red. She was about to kick at James but he let her go just in time.
“Let’s go then, don’t want you to be late.” James took back his hands as if nothing had happened.
Bella watched James’ expression for a few seconds to make sure he didn’t do anything else. Once she was certain he had calmed down, she took her bag and walked out of the room.
Unfortunately for Bella, things were about to get worse.
“Tony is my assistant! How can you just use him at will?” James said angrily to someone over the phone. “I need him now!”
James was furious.
