Last Madison had heard, Q was pacing in his bedroom. But he'd want to know. It was part of the case. He already thought she was lying. She must tell him.

She knocked on his door, softly at first. Patting her arms, she realized she still had her flannel shirt on. She unbuttoned it all the way to reveal a sexy tank underneath.

Giving him a moment to answer, she leaned against the door frame pushing out her breasts, putting her cleavage front and center.

She knocked harder. Still no answer. She bit her lip, then flung open the door, hoping to make a grand entrance.

The sheets were as neat as when the maid did her hospital corners. " Where the hell did he go?"
