“His vitals are responsive, so there is hope that he would wake up soon," the healers assured me through the mind link. I sighed and ended the mind link. My mind was a total mess; the thought of losing Darin was driving me insane. Despite how much I had been assured that he would wake up soon, I couldn’t help but worry and fear that something might go wrong. My wolf had been oddly quiet since Darin's accident, but I knew he had a lot to say, especially about my decision to reject Bella.
