“What color letterman jacket do you want?” he said, his lips tickling her ear as he spoke.

Elise laughed, and swatted his shoulder a little. “Good goddess, what are we...teenagers?”

“I had one of those when I was a teenager, you know. A letterman jacket. I never gave it to my girlfriend, though.” Astredian said, chuckling lightly.

“Of course you did, ugh.” Elise grumbled, rolling her eyes. High school was not something she wanted to think about again; thankfully there was no such thing in Veritas. Though, she’d heard that the various colleges of magic weren’t much different.

“Don’t worry, if I’d known you then I would have given my jacket over no hesitation.” Astredian said, taking the hand that had swatted him so that he could give it a kiss.
