For the next few weeks of in-game time after the Red Plains had been taken over by their enemies, Ash used the puppet vampires that Carmilla had bewitched to the fullest.

They had been dissatisfied with the change in status quo after Maria had taken them in so he used them as pawns to the point where 2 of them were killed because he had to make it look like the Dire wasn’t entirely stupid and the information the double agents were giving out was enough to warrant their deaths.

Ash lost quite a few soldiers and innocent citizens in this endeavor but it was all necessary since he was able to set up the groundwork for the Red Plain reclamation operation.
