"They sure have been gone a while," Stella commented.
I ignored the irritation building up.
"Have they? I hadn't noticed," I lied.
Jude, the makeup artist currently applying more powder to my face, smirked.
"Here I thought that Hugo was gay. Maybe he swings both ways," Stella said innocently. "Well, I suppose that little friend of yours does look a bit manly."
The scoff tumbled from my lips before I could stop it. I could practically feel the glare Stella was shooting at the side of my head. Jude tried his best not to laugh as he pressed his lips together in a hard line.
I cleared my throat, pretending that I wasn't the one that scoffed like that.
"What? You don't agree?" Stella asked. "It's okay if you don't. I know that blondes aren't your type anyway. You prefer ……
