"Ohhhh Firecracker," Emrys sang out.

I froze just before I felt Emrys' arms wrap around me from behind.

"You weren't hiding from me... were ya, Lenny?" He asked, his breath tickling my neck.

My eyes instantly rolled back. I spun around in Emrys' arms quickly. I shoved his chest before I started stepping back.

"You stay away from me!" I shouted.

Emrys chuckled darkly as he slowly stepped forward. I kept taking steps back, trying to put space between us. When my back hit the wall, I put my hands up.

"N-no! You stay right there!" I continued.

Emrys stopped abruptly. He raised a brow at me as he stood only a couple of feet in fro……

Hey guys! I been seeing a lot of your comments about yall getting a bit fed up with Lenny still not coming clean. I felt that I had to warn you that the next few chapters are going to be... a lot different, but I promise it's only a few sad-ish chapters before things take a turn and Lenny finally starts acting like the bada.ss BOC assassin she is.
