It was another Monday, and Keila, even when she said there was no regret in what she did with Daevid, still avoided him with all her might. She couldn't even look at his eyes even when they were walking together side by side on the way to their classes.
They weren't this awkward before, but now they had become very silent. They haven't even talked since they saw each other. She could tell that Daevid was just depending on her. He kept on looking at her, and probably waiting for what she would say first after what they had done that they knew was wrong.
"Okay, so can someone give me an example of an adjective in a sentence? Yes, Mikol?"
"Ma'am Keila is always so beautiful."
The students cheered loudly while she was flustered at the compliment. These kids certainly knew how to……
