Rose stared between Zac and I, clearly confused as to what the big secret we were hiding from her could be. When she had made her big declaration about having amnesia and not knowing who she was, we felt bad, mostly because she trusted us enough to be honest. I had mind-linked Zac straight away to tell him we should confess our secret to her, he had immediately agreed. If she had the courage to tell us her biggest secret, the least we could do was tell her ours. We only hoped she wouldn’t freak out and run from us when she heard the truth. More than anything we had to be able to shift and protect Rose, we couldn’t do that till she knew what we were.
“Dylan? Do you want to tell Rose or shall I?” Zac’s question broke me out of my thoughts.
“What is it that you have to tell me?” Ros……
