Bess looked at the man that had an extraordinary temperament in front of her and said to him quietly, “Excuse me, who are you looking for?”
Charles glanced at her slightly and walked right by her, he marched stiffly toward Bella with his long legs and powerful steps.
Ziv stayed at the door and said to Bess, “Madam, we are here to find Miss Bella. She must give my Lord...”
Having listened to Ziv’s words, Bella’s facial expression changed suddenly, and she quickly rushed to stop him from saying anything else. She pointed to Charles, “Mum, he is my boss who lent the money to us.”
Then she went to pull Charles to leave and said, “Lord, let’s go.”
She had small hands and jade-like slender fingers. She held the big palm of Charles with her soft hand and pulled him forcefully.
