Ragar could hear every sharp intakes of breath on the person across his cell. It was unbearable to hear Sierra suffering. He hated that this is what they led into and that no matter how hard he tried to ask how she’s feeling, the woman was shutting him off, keeping her silence and staying on her corner. He merely watched her shoulders move up and down, resenting that he could not do anything when they’re all locked up in different cells.
“Damn these binds,” Orlando suddenly hissed and a guard hit his barriers to warn him.
“No talking.”
His eyes darted at Orlando who’s walking impatiently, his chains clinking as he moves around his wet cell. As if the chains were not enough, even the railings of their cells were heavily secured by the power of an Ascended. They could not even pass their han……
