I did not feel any different when I woke up this morning. For some strange reason, I thought I would make up feeling like a different person. More womanly, more mature and worldly wise. The reality could not have been further from my expectations. I felt sore when I moved. I could barely sit down without wincing in pain, both my buttocks ached and there was a continuous throbbing between my thighs. My shoulders were stiff and painful, no doubt sore from being suspended over my head for so long. I would need a bath to try and relieve the discomfort and tenderness in my limbs and more sensitive areas.
