The whole morning flew by. After meeting with my designing team, I felt more confident about being able to pull off the design looks that I was envisioning in such a short time frame. My design team was made up of twelve young little-known fashion designers. They were my backbone and have produced great designs for me over the last year. I first started with just three designers who I dubbed the “Original Three”, Kado, Vieta, and Zoe.
I remember our humble beginnings and the times we weren’t even getting paid for the shows. The money we made went straight back into purchasing fabric and set design. As Rinascita grew, I was able to attract more designers. Despite the underhanded way Victor took my company from me, I was now able to do things that I couldn’t do then. ……
