Chapter 22: Last Class

I think this is the longest I've stayed at school for an entire day in my entire high school life.

Back in Washington, I went to a private school. A high-end academy where all the rich kids went. None of the teachers cared what we did. As long as I was there to take tests, they didn't give a sh.it how often I came to class.

Lucky for them, and me, I have always been a smart cookie. I have a photographic memory. Makes studying easy. Actually, it just flat out makes school easy.

However, I always hated school. I wanted to graduate early, but I knew that would make my father too happy. I didn't want that, so I acted out instead. Now I'm glad I didn't graduate early. I wouldn't have ……
