Jodie gathered up her gear from the bunkhouse.
She didn’t care if Commander Altman was SEAL Team 6—she was going to kill him for sending her to this madman.
She tossed her duffel in the back of her truck.
And how she was ever going to speak to Nikita again after this, she had no idea.
Driving over to the kennel building, she prayed that Stan-f*****g-Corman stepped into her path. She’d run him over like a rabbit in the road if he did.
Her luck was holding—all terrible. Corman was nowhere to be seen.
She almost skidded into the building on the gravel. Driving way too fast in the compound. No MPs to threaten her with meaningless tickets—like that was the best thing to happen to her since getting here. If not for the fact that there might be dogs inside, she would back up and ram his pre……
