Chapter 58.

In Cambodia, there are two national exams during the high school year. High school here starts from 7th grade to 12th grade. And so, the national exams are held in 9th grade and 12th grade. The exam is held nationwide, but it is local-based. Students in the province take exams in their province, while students in the capital city do it in the city. The process is like this: schools have to send every student's names in 9th grade and 12th grade to the ministry of education, where they begin mixing them up and sort out later alphabetically. And so, on the day the exam takes place, students have to go to the assigned location (sometimes a different school) and take the test.
