After another day had passed, I finally regained my strength. I was able to stand up and resume my daily activities. The maids and the doctor had stopped visiting me, as I assured them that I could take care of myself, just like before. From then on, I was once again brought back to the usual routine of my life. Now, the maids simply head inside my room to clean for a few minutes or deliver meals. There were no more people coming and going inside my room beside them.
I was relieved that it had only been them who had been coming here, because if it had been one of my brothers or even my father, I don't think I would have been able to keep them company. I am not in the mood to entertain any of them, which is why I am extremely glad that I can be alone in my room without anyone pestering m……
