"Have you heard any news from her?" Seated in his office, the King questioned Nicolas about any news concerning Anastasia, who had departed the kingdom on a mission from Angrelan. Several days had passed, yet there was no word from her, leaving the king restless. This was an unprecedented situation, and his agitation was evident.
"No, your highness. We can still wait for a few more days," Nicolas responded.
"Do you think that I could wait that long?" he sarcastically asked, and Nicolas didn't dar……
