Bruno is turned into a psychotic killer after witnessing the brutal murders of his parents .It is ironic that those charged with the responsibility of protecting citizens ,the police, are the perpetrators of this heinous crime. Having come of age , now a surgeon by profession , he vows to kill all police officers to culminate in the President's only son ,a feat he sets upon with relishing gusto .
The security agents are at pains to discover the culprit who is mysteriously terrorizing them as one police officer after another succumbs to the grotesque deaths . President Moon is beside himself with mortal fear as the clock ticks away towards the time stipulated by the mysterious killer.
Fear reigns supreme . Life is never the same in the city which was once a Haven of peace.
