Lilly's posh life comes tumbling down one fateful day. It starts with her interdiction from a job that she loves. Her colleague intimates to her that her sacking has been informed by Freddy, her lovely husband, the future Alpha of the Blood Moon Pack and a ruthless, business magnate of no mean repute. Widowed, he wants to make her his second chance mate, despite Lilly discovering that she is carrying Freddy's baby. Matters get complicated when Jessica learns that she is infertile and cannot give Freddy a heir after their colourful wedding. Amidst all this, Lilly learns that Freddy and Jessica are secretly plotting to eliminate the King and her. She has to hit fast and hard if she has to save her life and that of the King and her son. It is a deadly race against time, will she succeed?
