Yuma's tone was firm. Though he's just a delta, he has a voice in this pack, especially now that his feelings for Andrea are known to the pack. In which the Hungry Fangs pack is respected because they have seen how he was there for Andrea when she run away pregnant. He had proven his intentions to Andrea and her daughter, in fact, Lara was close to him. 

Now, they were arguing about Andrea's plan of visiting the jungle where Verlice had detained Blaine. He does not agree. He reasoned out that it couldn't be safe for her, and for Lara but deep inside, Yuma admits he's scared that Andrea's feelings for Blaine would return.
