I can't think...

I can't act right, apparently.. 

But what the hell am I supposed to do now?

I finally realized how much I admired Astrid's devotion. 

How different we are, after all...

But she never let me see it...

If this is how she feels, she must have gone to great lengths to keep up the façade...

I always hated how she seemed to get anything first - and I mean anyone - I might want. 

Even Kayla... 

But then again, nobody ever ran away from me, naked, then jumped in the lake and warped halfway around the globe, just to get away from me.

This made me chuckle. 

Thinking about the first time I met Kayla somehow made my heart feel closer to her. 

I was glued to the shore of the Lake.
