“Mmm, I shouldn’t call it that. ‘Real magic,’ gives the wrong impression.” Pascal said, looking contemplative for a moment as he picked up a tray in each hand, and moved toward the large, stainless steel beast of a blast chiller that stood against the far wall. “You see, there is just a bit of magic all around us; even mundane people can feel it to an extent, even if they can’t normally see it.”
Avery scooted around ahead of Pascal and opened the blast chiller doors wide with a burst of hazy vapor. The chocolatier stepped forward and carefully slid the trays onto the interior racks of the freezer before his assistant shut the doors again.
