Chapter 7

I didn't include Ruth and Otto much in the previous books because of the large cast of characters in each story. In this one, they will play a part, so you will get to know them. They both have health issues due to age, but the doctors and healers in Obsidian have been able to provide them with the best care, keeping them healthy and happy so they can enjoy Alex and his sisters. To Ruth and Otto, all of Julian and Jonah's children are their grandchildren. Ari made a great choice to help out Obsidian and enjoy being a chef. I can see her doing that for many years to come.
