She's someone who looks at someone's bright side no matter how small it is. She's just so appreciative and a positive thinker. She doesn't want to look for someone else's faults, but she look for someone else's strength and goodness.

Well, that was already mentioned at the beginning of the story. Even she knows how bad the person is, she still looks at where the person is good at, she understands that not all people are good at something, and not all are bad at something.
