After the construction, Pluto sorted out his next problem. The first on the list is finding his father and Viera’s father. It will be taken care of when the framework has been released.
The second list is the number of underworld organization. Brunhild and the New World Order that Pluto just found out about recently. He will need to sort this organization out. When the apocalypse happened, he wanted the human to have a united front if it is possible. If it wasn’t possible, then at least he needs to make sure there will be the least interference from other humans on the apocalypse.
Pluto wanted to save humanity but not all humans will appreciate the act. Just like when a kind man donates $1,000 to a beggar. It could be salvation but it also could spell trouble coming from malicious people aro……
