Since she had spent a night with a man already and the excitement for a new girl has died down, she can now freely attend every gathering that happens in the brothel—which means she has to serve men every night and make Eugene see her progress. It was not a favorable spot for her but she has to do it anyway.
Regina has told her to prepare and she chose her red gown over the cream one for a change while she keeps her hair pinned up. She may not want to look seductive but her red lips and the great exposure of her bosom tell otherwise. She was expecting she would go along with the women with her look now because she would no longer be the center of attention, being that she is dressing like them.
But she was mistaken.
Because when she stepped into the hall, what she has assumed that ever……
