A massive labyrinth of underground tunnels, all artificially lit and aired, is a bustling organism of people, robots and avatars from all different sectors; from the ultra-poor to the filthy rich. There is no telling whether it is day or night when you are in Terminus, but that is part of the allure for so many.
After disembarking, much the same way as they left from Perfunctory, the two head for a small body paint store, Spray and Pay, in one of the less crowded streets.
Before they enter, Sutaura pulls Acera aside and returns the suit to oos.
“While we’re here,” she says shivering as the air turns her flesh to goose pimples and makes her hairs rise, “you are my acting bodyguard. Don’t say anything to anyone and try to act natural.”
“Okay, I agree.” Acera eyes Sutaura with skepticism. “……
