After that blinding blue flash that affects every single person in the vicinity of Lavi, they all open their eyes only to see a scenery of destruction without any discrimination.

Lavi was put on notice when he heard what the Older Sister understand what had happened just now.

"Who are you? Are you a part of the hidden army the Latisiva Family?" One of the Assassins, who seems to be stronger than the rest, asked Lavi that.

'Latisiva? Who is that? Is that the name of the family of these ladies? If so, then I might have struck a gold. I can use her to gain information about who they are...'

Lavi looked at the Assassins and immediately went to work with his intelligent gathering. "Latisiva Hidden army? Naturally not. I'm just a guy who just seen a group of assassins chasing a group of noble."

"What's your intention? Are you going to go against us? You are throwing yourself away for your stupidity!" The leader then let out a pretty good killing intent. It's pretty good that the Latisiva Ladies and their guards are shivering in their boots. But Lavi? No.

That's not even enough to get Lavi moving. It didn't even phase Lavi a single bit, it was that weak.

Lavi smirked as he knew what that sign was. It was the sign of the Demonic Sword Clan. Lavi was pretty familiar with that clan as he absorbed not only the Crimson Sword Memory, which is one of the top disciple, but also the Ancestor of that clan...

Lavi turned toward the Young misses and then asked them "Why are you both getting chased by the goons of the Demonic Sword Clan? Did you by any chance messed with them?"

"?! You, who are you?!" The leader was shook to his core when he heard Lavi mentioned the clan. Because he didn't expect anyone to know where they came from.

The sword that they're holding is definitely inscribed with something. But, not everyone know what that inscription meant. Only the higher up and the leader of the Shadow Sword Squad knows it. Yet, this who know who, know about it. It ought to put anyone off from the dangerous feeling.

But Lavi ignored them for now. He focused on the ladies and they looked at each other confirming whether Lavi is good or not... But, Lavi was unreadable. So, they decided to jump to the Lavi Trust Train and then just tell him the truth.

"Sir, The Demonic Sword Clan betrayed our house and steal all of our land and resources! Now, they were ordered by the Clan Head to chase all of the Latisiva remains in order to completely solidifies their position as the ruler of the Latisiva Nation!"

Lavi understood the explanation of the Older Sister and couldn't let this chance slip from his grasp.

"Well said, I understand the situation and now I'm going to protect you with my life!"

Lavi grasp his sword and without unsheathing it from the cover, he swing it with a circular motion and then a mark on the ground was made. Circling the two ladies, but not the guards.

"What was that? What did you do? How can you cut without unsheathing your sword?!"

"I said what I said. Now, shall we dance to the tune of death?"

Lavi put his sword away after making that absolute circle of protection and then jumped straight toward the Assassin Leader...

"You crazy bastard! You dare go against the Shadow Sword Leader bare handed?! MEN! Kill the bitches!"

"Oh s**t, they're coming! Protect the misses with your life!" The Guard Leader didn't understand anything that Lavi did.

While the Younger sister, observe the circle around her.

'No way! This is, the Ancient Sword Matrix?! Who is this man?! How can he used an Ancient Sword Matrix without chanting or using any resources?! What was that sword to be able to immediately deploy the Absolute Sword Matrix?' As the Younger Sister thought of that, one of the Assassin reached her and the guards were too slow to react.

"Kimi! Watch out!" The Older sister calls out for her younger sister who's in awe upon such Matrix that was laid around her.

Upon hearing her sister calls her, she turns around unfazed and watch as the Assassin sword comes toward her. But then, as soon as that sword enter the vicinity of Kimi...

Such noise was made and the assassin disintegrates without trace.

"Eh?" Everyone was once again dumbfounded.

The Assassin Leader that's supposed to be facing Lavi with full power, couldn't help but looked at his member getting turns into dust without any trace suddenly...

'What was that?' He thought dumbfounded...

Lavi let out a cold look and then without hesitation stop in front of the leader.

"Here's your first mistake. Letting your focus away from me." After saying that to the leader, Lavi pulled the right arm of the Leader and then ripped it away.

"ARRGHHHHH!!!" The Leader let out such a horror and pain filled scream.

"SQUAD LEADER!!!" The members of the squad turns toward their Leader and then jumped toward Lavi.

"YOU i***t! DON'T COME!!!" The Leader realize their mistake for coming toward Lavi. But, Lavi didn't do anything yet...

Instead, Lavi just said the second mistake "Second, Lack of knowledge of your opponent." Lavi ripped the other arm and then the Leader once again let out a pained scream.

"Then the last mistake on your part is Betrayal of your master." For some reason, somehow, both legs of the leader were ripped out as well. But there wasn't any pain...

The leader just falls down on his back and looked at his member jumping and surrounding Lavi.

"For your member mistake... Is to go against me despite being so weak."

Lavi then hold his sword and then just pull it out slightly... Blue Flash once again fills their vision but this time, when they open their eyes... Half of the Shadow Sword was wiped out from existence.

"What... Just... Happened?" Everyone looked at Lavi and muttered that. Lavi just turns around and then put his sword away once again.

"You guys are too weak to hold a sword. A disgrace to the name of Demonic Sword Clan!"

Lavi was a bit disappointed upon learning such squad was so weak. But, there's a positive on this fight though. 'At least, I have someone who can not only guide me, but potentially work together with in this world...'
