Elijah
“Why are you running away from me? Don’t you know who I am?” I whispered with gloominess echoing in my voice. She slowly opened her eyes and they were wet. She was crying.
“I want to go home and I don’t know who you are?” she said looking down. “What is the matter, Mia?” I slowly raised her chin and made her look in my eyes. Which she was trying to avoid. “Leave me alone,” She tried to raise her voice with a melancholic face.
“Tell me” I was not letting her go. I just found her. “I said leave me alone Elij,” At last she said. I knew she recognized me. Her yelling didn’t bother me as I was stuck at the name escaping her mouth. Which was a reassurance that she knows me?
“Say that again Mia. Say my name,” I said. “What?” She asked pouting. I was at the edge of my patience now. Her pout was so deliciously tempting and arousing.
“My name. I want to hear the name you call me with,” I murmured in her ear. Her ears were all red and shy. She was so different. Me talking to her was enough to make her blush.
“Elij,” She whispered slowly.
“Yeah that,” I smiled blinded with lust and love for her.
Mia
My ELIJ’S love for me was dominating and intense. I was his and he was mine. Our love was pure and a bond that lasts forever. I cherished his love but what I always hid was the world that was mine, dark and inky as the night’s bride. The night it rained, he discovered the truth but what he didn’t know was that it was not all. He ruined what we had and it brought calamity upon us both. He shattered me to bones and I mistook it for his love. He destroyed my being and I still worshiped the ground he walked. Until a day the hate he brewed brought a misfortune that I could never forgive. I wanted an out but a man with an obsession never let go.
What would happen when he discovers the whole truth? Will it be enough to bring me back or repentance for life is for him?
Unfold
Love is what I hated. Love is what hurts the most and that I have seen. So I vowed to never love. I vowed to never let anyone in and I vowed to hide it behind the mask of happiness to not break me this time. But I remember the day it vanished into thin air. The day was when someone said.
“I need this because I am alone,”
