He wipes the blood off his hands with an irritated look and with such ease, that one would think the blood on him is just dirt on him. I should be scared of him, he just murdered a man by ripping off his head with his bare hands. I should be petrified but oddly, I am not. My thoughts are cut off when he takes a step forward and squats down directly in front of me. I don’t know what to do other than to panic but even with a racing heart and a trembling body, I can’t move. I just remain rooted to the spot as if his eyes are holding me down. His voice is as clear as a sunny sky and his tone has this rough edge to it that it makes one tremble slightly at the sound of it. “Would you have a baby for me?” He c***s his head sideways and smiles up at me. The stranger is smiling! He must be a lunatic. **** The Beast wants nothing more than the two most important things in his life that the moon goddess had brutally taken away from him, a companion and a child. And he would stop at nothing to get it from the woman who took his life by storm and left a print behind four years ago. Would Adrian(the Lycan King) get what he wants?
