Joseph, I really love you. I gave up my career for you, please, try to understand, I love you so much". Nina was crying the hell out of her lungs.
"Shh, my love, do not cry. I am aware of your feelings. And trust me, I feel the same for you". Joseph closed his eyes and pulled her towards him. He tried to calm her and kiss her but it was no use. She was not normal at this time. There were millions of things running into her head about him that she heard from people.
Joseph called someone. "John, come to my office, now". Nina was somehow trying to relax into his arms but it was not helping. Just then there was a knock on the door.
"Boss, you called me". John came inside when Joseph allowed him.
"Take Nina home safely". He tried to pull her away but she refused.
"I will not go anywhere Joseph. Let me stay here". Nina cried again. John was observing her crying face as his heart cried in pain to see her like this. It was his biggest mistake that he let her come into Joseph's life. He should have stopped her.
"Listen to me, love, I will be home soon, I promise". He cupped her face and tried to be as gentle as he could. She knew that he would do as he wanted so she had no choice but to go with John.
As soon as she left the office, Joseph's phone started ringing.
"Boss, tell me what to do"? Someone asked in a very dense voice.
"Kill her and the baby, it is your only chance". Joseph's eyes were shining with some different kind of peace, there was a smirk on his face as he sat on his chair and made a drink for himself.
