When Ian is caught in the crossfire of an accident, his life would never be the same again. He attended La Soiree as a spectator, looking at the various floats as they all traveled across Mozart Avenue. Suddenly, the sky turned dark, and a mysterious figure floats above them and the music and celebration becomes a deafening static. The melody of songs disappears. Eva, the guardian of the great library, sends Ian on a quest to find the twelve Spirits of Harmony to stop the Dissonance.
