Chaos of Chimera

gildedluna Suspense/Thriller

The world did not end with war. It ended with a cure.
A vaccine created to save humanity became the beginning of its destruction. After nine months, people began to change. Sickness spread like wildfire, cities collapsed, and society drowned in fear, violence, and loss.
Separated by chaos, three siblings fight to survive in a broken world.
The eldest sister, a deadly member of the elite organization Chimera, searches relentlessly for her missing younger sister while carrying a devastating secret: their mother is the mastermind behind the outbreak. Driven by revenge, she turned hope into a weapon that destroyed millions of lives.
The younger sister, rescued by strangers from the edge of death, clings to compassion in a world ruled by despair. Determined to find their missing brother, she believes their shattered family can still be saved.
But as buried truths surface, the sisters discover that the outbreak was never an accident—it was vengeance unleashed. Now, survivors hungry for justice are hunting the woman responsible... and everyone connected to her.
When the sisters’ paths finally collide, they must face an impossible choice: protect their bloodline or stop the legacy of destruction their family created.
In a world poisoned by grief and revenge, survival is no longer enough. To save what remains, they must decide whether to continue the cycle of hatred… or become the ones brave enough to end it.
