She is the Indigo Lantern. She cares for other's happiness above all else. The ring found her one day and took her to the Indigo Tribe where she gave up everything she knew so she could help others. Green Lantern(Hal Jordan) found her during a mission where she aided him, increasing his strength so he could defeat the enemy. He decided to mentor her at that point and now she is ready to join the team of sidekicks. Because of the Indigo Lantern Corps, she believes her sole purpose is to help others and Green Lantern had to show her it was okay to be herself.

KF texted me last night about him, Robin, and Aqualad going to see Speedy. I was busy with Green Lantern, so I couldn’t join them.
