I watch as Tate teach Beatriz in perfectly cutting the cookie dough out of the Santa Claus head shape-cutter. She was asking a lot of questions to Tate if they'd make flower cookies tomorrow or a small chocolate cake the next day. Beatriz had a lot of questions in her mind and I wonder where she had inherited that kind of interest in baking sinc……
