Angels could be born in Heaven and after many years of hard work and dedication they can become Guardians for Humans. In rare occasions an Angel can be born as a human. But only if its soul is pure and innocent at the moment they die, they can reborn as Angels in Heaven. Unfortunately these kind of Angels are not often welcome in the realm of God and they can become outcasts by the "true blooded" Angels.
