Aria Delloway is a Pixie hunter. After the Shifters were chased out of her town, she took up the responsibility of protecting its inhabitants. In return, she makes her living from selling their valuable gold dust. She finds serenity in cutting down the number of the race which killed her parents which left her and her younger brother, Dillon, to fend for themselves. But, unknown to her, her nightly trips into the woods have not gone unnoticed.

I tread carefully so he doesn’t scurry away like the last one. That could have ended badly. I’m a professional though, I took care of it. But this time I’m hoping not to have to play cat and mouse around the woods in the dead of night. This one is completely clueless. It’s a design flaw that they leave gold dust sprinkled in their wake. They are……
