Subito = I think this is soooo clear, but anyway... means right away in this context. Capo means Boss. Messina is located in Sicily. The families acting in that territory are Cosa Nostra. Mannaggia means damn (bad bad bad word :D) Terra bruciata is known as a war strategy. It literally means burnt earth but alludes that you destroy someones reputation. Often it is also used to describe someone who cuts off everyone or ends certain situations, like as if starting anew. So, it means also that someone gets isolated by someone who is making terra bruciata around him, making sure to cut off all his relationships, his friends, his resources. Aaah, I hope that was clear enough :D
