Chapter 13 - Balloons

I know what y'all are thinking: how can she control her flying but having a hard time getting the balloon through a hoop? Well, there are a difference between having power and having precision. When Valeria is off the ground, she has a margin for smaller miscalculations, kind of like an airplane in a stall at cruising altitude: there are space enough to fix it. With the balloon, she needs small movements, and there's where her power problem really lies. In the next chapter, we're in for a fun surprise, so stay tuned :)
