Book Three| Dancing With The Defensive End: Chapter 7

I’m ok, I appreciate the words of encouragement. I actually healed years ago from my ex husband’s mental abuse. I have talked about it on my food blog (that’s close to 10 years old and I realized it was therapy for me and it documented so much. Now I’m editing 509 recipes so more a food blog then the diary! But it took 13 years to get over him and be brave enough to move to Florida and close the Ohio chapter. It was the last 2 years here in Florida that I actually started to love myself and realize I’m not useless. This story is fiction but the majority of what was written in this chapter did happen to me at one point with the exception of running. That I never did. It takes time to heal but there will always be scars.
