The Spirit Realm
"Sammy?"
I heard a voice that I couldn't recall ever hearing before. The voice sounded far away and soft. I saw nothing but darkness, and I felt something touch my shoulder gently.
"Sammy?"
The voice was closer, and it was a girl's voice. I slowly opened my eyes. I felt the hardness of the ground beneath me; I blinked a couple of times and Izzy's face came into view. Uncomfortably, I coughed hard, sat up, and I looked around the sandy world. There were dunes of sand everywhere, and Izzy and I were on a cobblestone walkway that wound through the sand dunes. That was called the soul stretch.
When your soul passes to the Spirit Realm, you walk the soul stretch to the end where the Three Pyramids of Altar and Anubis greet you. Anubis grants you a safe j……
