Sweet and Shy

Hi all, I am sorry as there was no update yesterday. Once in a while, migraine takes a toll on me and I become incapable of doing anything. Yesterday was no different for me. I still have some of it today but I finally, managed to write as I did not want to make you guys wait more for the update. Anyone here who experiences severe headaches can advise me on how they take care of themselves? I would love to know some techniques to tame this monster.
